"Laojie~"
This term has became my nickname or "title" after I got into abtm, half a year ago.
I've never feel so old until everyone started calling me Laojie. They are so used to it that, I guess they can never be able to change it back to calling me "Adeline". Hahaha. Now, not only my girls call me Laojie, even the fans and the boys call me that. YES. Not joking. I can't remember how and when it started but it's like they seemed to be very "interested" with this nickname. I don't know why.
Sometimes, the boys call me "Laojie". Sometimes, they call me 'Doujuns" HAHAHA. Ok, my twitter username, if you're wondering why. When I walked up the stage during fansigns, the boys will start.... "Laojie~" "Eh Laojie~" "Hello Laojie~'' one by one LOL. At the Tampines giant fansign on 28/4/2013, I was totally embarassed. Noah started it, then he turned to Maxi and said: "Eh, call Laojie leh!" Then Maxi smiled at me and called me. LOL. Luckily Joshua not there cuz' he is also one of them who always sabotage and kajiao me. When Director Jack talking about Jteam looking for girls to form a girlband, and...a female Tosh called Posh LOL they all shouted "Laojie laojie~" Omfg I was so shocked and embarassed. The emcee even stopped the interview just to see my face omfg.
(There are actually many stories and commotions about this whole laojie thingy so it's gonna be very lengthy if I were to share all of them)
Well, at every certain of point life, and every different group of friends you are with, you will naturally be given a nickname. A nickname whereby your friends feel comfortable with. So yup. Ok whatever, I don't even know why on earth I am talking about this, (it's so fucking random) :/
